TF Series Lamination Machine is a new type laminating
hot-press compounding machine. It can make continuously
the reversible polypropylene membrane (BOPP) being
compounded with printed matter after pasting, so
as to make printed articles with distinct pictures
& writing, dazzlingly brilliant and bight color.
And also possesses the merits of water-proof, cleanness
maintained and etc. It¡¯s widely used in the decoration
for front covers of textbooks, book & magazines,
New Year pictures, hanging calendar, catalog, cards
and paper packing box. This seies laminating machine
is an ideal equipment for enhancing the grade lever
and quality of printed matter. If an auxiliary machine
is provided with, the TF Series can also be used
in dried compounding for membrane overlaying membrane
of other coiled materials. One machine is in multi-purpose.
SG Series Varnisher is used for pasting a layer
of luminous oil on the surfaces of all sorts of
printed matters, such as pictures, paper package
box and so on, in order to protect and strengthen
the brightness of printed matter. It is an indispensable
matching equipment on previous process of calender.
YG Series Calender is suitable to carry on finishing after the printed matter is coated and painted oil by varnisher, which made the printed matter smooth, brilliant and in bright color. It¡¯s an ideal equipment for surface decoration of printed matter.
SGZ Series Coater is to paint ultraviolet bright oil on the surface of printed matter, but not need to be laminated or calendered, and has a strong stereoscopic sense. It is a new generation equipment of energy-saving and environmental protection. Our factory also produces Wet Lamination Machines, Dual-Purpose UV.
